Exfoliating is a preparatory care treatment, it is the basis for an even more beautiful body. Scrubs can have a different base, soap-free Aloe vera or cream based on coffee, milk and honey.
The function of a scrub is to remove dead skin cells and imperfections and to stimulate cell renewal. Also, by stimulating cell renewal, the formation of fat pads is prevented. A scrub also makes the skin texture finer.
Exfoliating properly ensures good blood circulation, and can also help prevent pimples from forming. It is also good to exfoliate before shaving the skin. The skin then feels smooth and soft and becomes increasingly stronger and firmer.

After the body mask you can use a lovely warm (bubble) bath or yakuzi (Uden) of about 28 degrees. The warm water will relax the whole body, also through the Thai herbs.
